This is a custom handmade item therefore it can not be returned for a refund. However, the customers satisfaction is very important. If there is an error in any way on the part of Luxe Paperie,  it will gladly be corrected.

Ribbon & Backing Card Color Choices

Please submit your color choices.  Choices Include: Color samples can be found on the "Embellishments & Selections Page" on this website menu. The page can be found under the "More" in the drop down menu.  Color choices can be submitted under custom selections and via email after purchasing.

Font Selection

If you would like to change the font to another pairing that is not shown, please submit your new font choices via email after purchasing.

 

All  our invitations are customizable. You can choose from our list of font sytles, printing options, paper, ribbon & envelope colors. You can find these options on the .fonts . styles . colors .papers pages found under "More" and select among the options. Information about printing styles and options as well as materials and design styles can be viewed on the design styles & elements page that is also under "More" in the drop down menu.

Payments for the balance minus the deposit on custom orders will be due once a quote is submitted and a final proof are signed off on. Once the final payment is received the order will go into production. A special invoice will be created for your order and will be submitted for payment either online or via venmo.
