1. CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF CARDS IN YOUR WEDDING INVITATION SUITE

    All wedding invitation suites are priced to include both the invitation and an rsvp card with coordinating envelopes.

    We offer additional cards such as a wedding detail cards and an accommodations card. Each card added to

    your wedding suite comes with an additional charge. Envelope printing is offered at a flat fee and includes

    outer envelope guest addressing, return address and RSVP card addressing.

2. ORDERING

    Because your wedding invitations are a custom order it is very important to remember when placing your order

    to add your wedding information/verbiage text where indicated. Please leave any special additional notes or requests

    where indicated on the check out page.

3. PROOFS

    You will receive a custom digital proof. Please review and respond within 2 days with any changes and sign off in

    writing by responding via email indicating that you approve of the design proof and that it is ready to go to print.

    If you need to make any changes or need adjustment you can do so at that time and will receive another proof.

    Two proofs are included. Additional changes and proofs are $25.00 each.

4. PRODUCTION TIME

    Once approved your order will be sent into production where it will go to printing, assembly, packaging and

    shipping. Depending upon the scope of work and the amount of detailing, your order could take up to 6-8

    weeks to complete. Timing varies for every order. Please note again that all our invitation orders are handmade.

    The reason that assembly time varies for each order is due to labor intensity, added embellishments and material availability.

5. PRICING

    We do not provide returns or refunds and all deposits are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order

    that is an error on our part we will certainly make any adjustments as needed to earn your customer satisfaction.
